can i join?

If you have someone living in your home with an illness or disability and you live in Adelaide's northern metro area, you're eligible to become a member.

You can be referred to join Breakthru by an agency or you can join yourself by contacting the Breakthru coordinator on 8284 0388 or breakthru@ncnw.org.au. When you contact us, we'll send you an info pack. Just fill it in and return it to the office. And by the way, there's no cost to become a member but you should be aware that some activities may incur a small fee.
